Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Please read the following policies below carefully before placing your order.
By purchasing something from us you are agreeing to all policies we provide.
Custom orders
*All press-on nail sets are handmade and custom created.
*I'am open to all design ideas; however, i do create prtrait sets of real people.
*Please provide clear refrence photos when ordering.
*Every set is carefully hand-painted and made to salon-quality standards.
Payments
*Orders will not begin until payment is recieved.
*Bulk orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Production Time
*Please give 3 weeks notice for a custom set for an event.
*Standard custom orders: 5 to 17+ buisness days (for nails), 1 to 12 buisness days (for other products), depending on how many orders are in front of you.
*Bulk/custom event orders: Processing time will vary depending on quantity.
*Processing time does not include shipping time.
*Rush orders may be avalible for an additinal fee (if Applicable).
Sizing
*Customers are responsable for providing accurate nail sizes. Please measure nails with a measuring tape. I'am not responsable for incorrect sizing if the measurment provided to me are wrong. Sizing kits are recommended if you are unsure. (avalible on the website)
*Please note every shape and length of nail tips are diffrent sizes, when ordering sizing kits so it is advbised to order a sizing kit for every shape and length you would wear.
Other Hand Made Items
Tumblers, wax melts, car charms, keychains, pens, lanyards, wristlets, badge reels, bookmarks and other hand made items:
*Can be customized
*Bulk orders are avalible

Return/Refund Policies
Refunds or Returns
Due to hygiene and the custom mature of products:
*No returns on press-on nails, refunds are ok if Example: Polish peels off of nail. chipping and snapping can happen due to roughness and using nails as tools!.
*No returns on custom-made items. But a refund could be made. (i always send you updates and get aproval of product before shipping).
*Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault caused by me.
*Returns on broken or damaged products only.
*Return, refund and policy to katie roses nails will also be needed to be shown to prove you have read the agreaments.
If there is an issue with your order please contact me within 48hrs of receiving your items, photo evedince will be needed name (first & last) and order number.

*Tracking will be provided once dispatched.
*I'am not responsable for delays, lost packages, broken or damaged parcles caused by postal services.
